Our ceramics are entirely handmade and hand-painted using traditional artisanal methods.
Because of this, delivery times typically range from 3 to 6 weeks. Each piece is produced in limited quantities, and we hold painting sessions approximately every two months.

We recommend keeping this timing in mind if you need one of our pieces for a special occasion or event.

To stay updated on when the pieces are available for pre-order, we suggest subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram and TikTok so you don’t miss any important dates.

If you're interested in custom pieces for events or weddings, feel free to contact us for a quote. These types of orders are not necessarily tied to our regular production schedule, and we’re happy to discuss options and availability with you directly.

Every piece is unique – the photos represent the general shapes and styles of our ceramics, but since each one is made by hand, without using molds, they may vary slightly from one another or show minor imperfections. These are not flaws, but rather part of the beauty and authenticity of true craftsmanship.

Once you’ve selected the piece you'd like to personalize and completed your purchase, we will contact you to send us your reference images or a description of the scene you would like us to paint.

You will have a maximum of five days to provide this material. If we do not receive it within this time frame, the order will be cancelled.

Once we receive your references, we’ll prepare a pencil sketch on paper. After your approval of the sketch, we’ll move on to painting it onto the ceramic.

Please note: once the sketch is approved, the order can no longer be cancelled or returned, as each piece is made to order and entirely personalized.
